April Changes - Backend Migration and Site Updates

Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard to migrate our fleet databases from using CSV files to a MongoDB based system. This allows for quick updates to the database and better control over the data. We have also been rebuilding the web-based fleet lists. While the page looks and hopefully works the same, the backend has improved security and puts less work on the end-user’s device as the page generation is now done by the server. We are always happy to accept entry updates through the ‘contact us’ for in the side bar on the site. We would like to allow end-users to edit buses directly. However, we will not be implementing this yet for safety reasons but will provide partial admin access to those we deem trustworthy. We intend to rebuild the app in the near future and would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Please send them our way using the contact us form in the site's sidebar.
